Our 2nd ‘Colours by Europe. Tastes of Excellence.’ Cooking Class was presented by Eun-Ah Kim (@charida_studio), a renowned food director and food stylist. In this cooking class, participants learned how to prepare a European Christmas traditional dish, the Hungarian Töltött káposzta (Stuffed cabbage), using high quality, safe, authentic and sustainable ingredients from the EU. Eun-Ah Kim also showed our participants how to set a Christmas table the traditional way.
