Our third ‘Colours by Europe. Tastes of Excellence.’ Campaign Cooking Class took place in May 2022, with the theme “Colourful European Spring Cooking Class”. Miss Young-Ji Lee (@wickedwife.creator), a renowned WINE specialist, showed how to use high-quality EU ingredients to create authentic Korean spring dishes, as well as how to pair EU wines with an EU charcuterie and cheese platter.

Our cooking class participants also got to taste and discover a variety of EU Geographical Indication (GI) and organic products during our two-hour culinary session.
