EU Ingredients

Iberico Ham  (Spain) 
Cured meat (Germany)
Gouda  (Netherlands)
Danablu PGI (Denmark)
Parmigiano Reggiano PDO (Italy)
Butter (Belgium)
Jam (Austria)

Preparation

  1. Cut the Gouda, Danablu PGI, and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO and add it to a wood board. Then, slice finely the ham and the cured meat and place the ingredients on a wood board. 
  2. Add condiments alongside the Iberico Ham toast on the board.
  3. You can then add bread with butter, jam, or even bell pepper confit to have a more tasteful experience with your Iberico Ham. Try to experiment with our EU products to find your own favourite EU board plate combination!
