Lithuania’s native brewing tradition stretches back centuries to the farms of the countryside, and traditional recipes and methods are used. This includes grinding the malt, boiling the hops, mashing, lautering, fermentation and maturing. The production of Kaimiškas remains a family-based business in Jovarai, Lithuania.
